2. The application collection «Food PAC» leads you step-by-step through sample preparation and the analysis.
3. Start the titration. The Titrator does everything else for you.
Follow the titration in real time on the large display of the Food Titrino plus. At the end of the determination, the result is shown automatically. Optionally you can connect a printer or save the result on the USB stick.
Each titrator is only as good as its indicator electrode
Thanks to its special glass and fixed ground-joint diaphragm, the Ecotrode plus pH electrode is the optimal choice for titrations in the food sector. This type of diaphragm also functions perfectly in samples containing proteins and precipitates.
The response time of the indicator electrode is a crucial factor for the quality of the titration. The membrane glass specially developed for the Ecotrode plus is characterized by its extremely short response time. A further advantage of the Ecotrode plus is its long working life.

An important aspect of the titration is the care and correct storage of the electrode, as this can have a decisive influence on the results. This is why we provide you with an all-inclusive care package consisting of titrator, electrode, electrolyte and storage solution for the Ecotrode plus.
Calibration buffers are also included in the form of certified Metrohm buffers in their practical sachets. With these sachets you are always on the safe side as fresh original buffers are used for each calibration.
