Both channels can be operated simultaneously or completely independent of each other.
The 850 Professional IC AnCat – MCS includes automatic sample and eluent degassing for cations and anions, two IC high-pressure pumps with intelligent pump heads, two pulsation dampeners, two six-way injection valves with Maltese-cross drives, column thermostat for cooling or heating two iColumns, one external column position at ambient temperature, the Metrohm Suppressor Module «MSM II» for chemical suppression of the anions and two intelligent high-performance conductivity detectors with DSP (Digital Signal Processing).
Sequential suppression for anions has been implemented with the Metrohm Suppressor Module «MSM II» for chemical suppression and the Metrohm CO2 Suppressor «MCS» for CO2 suppression.
The capillary connections are preinstalled in the 850 Professional IC AnCat – MCS.
Operation of the 850 Professional IC AnCat – MCS requires the Metrodata MagIC Net™ software.
