Regeneration  

Standard:

Rinse with

a) 50 mL of 0.05 mol/L Na2H2EDTA at 0.5 mL/min. 
b) 0.1 mol/L NaOH at 0.5 mL/min for 1 h.

Organic components:

Rinse with 70% methanol at 1.0 mL/min for 12 h. Depending on the contamination, the addition of 1% acetic acid might be useful.
