Minimum expense for maximum sample throughput!
Due to the increasing number of samples and the ever more complicated sample preparation steps, the use of robots in analytical labs is continually increasing in importance. The more working steps that have to be carried out per sample, the more rewarding the professional automation of this work sequence. We are no longer just concerned with changing from one vessel to another to analyze the sample - what is increasingly being demanded is the simplification of the whole sample processing procedure from sample preparation up to carrying out multiple determinations.
Basic operations in modern automation such as pipetting, transferring, aliquoting, dosing and dispensing are now child's play thanks to the Robotic Sample Processor generation. Reproducibility and accuracy are the essentials in analysis and therefore represent one of the main demands placed on automation. The Sample Processor family ensures uniform dosing, exact pipetting, complete liquid transfer and perfect reproducibility when dosing throughout the whole range from 10 microliters to 100 milliliters.
By using the 786 Swing Head a maximum number of sample vessels can always be placed on the rack, so that large sample series can be processed. Depending on the size of the vessels and the application this maximum lies between 28 and 160 positions (standard racks).
Thanks to the compact design even complex tasks can be reliably mastered. Parallel sample processing with the Robotic Sample Processor XL is easy. While the pipetted sample volume is being titrated at one of the two external work stations (optional), the pH and conductivity of the waiting samples can be determined or the next sample can be prepared, for example. In this way the time required for the analysis can be used optimally.
A compact system is only made possible by complex method programming? You can either control the Robotic Sample Processor XL with a keypad or, more comfortably, with the tiamo titration software. The examples of methods provided mean that creating your own methods becomes child's play.
The wide range of applications means that racks, stirrers, cables, titration heads and beakers must be matched to the application and therefore ordered separately.
