The Robotic Transfer Analyzer opens up a new dimension in automated titration. User-friendly and comfortable, it provides complete sample processing from accurate pipetting into an external titration vessel up to cleaning the electrodes - everything fully coordinated.
Pipetting and measuring out solutions are two working steps that are carried out every day in laboratories. The volumes to be pipetted are usually up to 10 mL. With the Dosino incorporated in the Robotic Transfer Analyzer it is possible to react flexibly to such volumes. Depending on the application, this combination of 10 mL Dosing Unit can pipet volumes from 1 to 9 mL extremely precisely - accurate to the nearest µL. The Dosino is clearly the workaholic in each Robotic Analyzer: tirelessly but still with high precision it moves the plunger in the calibrated cylinder to and fro in order to exactly dose out, pipet or transfer volumes, and all this in a very small space. In the Robotic Transfer Analyzer two of these liquid handling virtuosos are always ready for work.
The combination of pipetting and titration stations in single instrument means that the rack area can be used optimally. The generous amount of space allows a large number of samples to be analyzed in a single run. Up to 141 disposable vials with a capacity of 11 mL can be placed on the rack in three rows. With so many samples it is easy to loose track of what is happening. Which samples have already been determined? No problem, as the Swing Head with Robotic Transfer arm moves unwaveringly from one sample to the next - just as defined by the user in the sample data table in the tiamo titration software.

The Robotic Analyzer family consists of various packages, each of which covers one standard application. Each package provides the perfect means for solving a specific application. The heart of the package is always the Robotic Titrosampler, the space-saving combination of a titrator built into a sample changer. This titrating analyzer is always supplied with all the necessary accessories for the particular application.
In addition to the optimized accessories, the Robotic Analyzer is also provided with an application package containing all the necessary instructions and methods. In this way carrying out the analyses, including determining the titer and calibrating the electrode, becomes child's play.
